Games will be $3.00 per person/game.
Please see the attached form to save your spot and order pizza and iced tea or fruit punch! All pizza and drink orders must be paid for by Monday, August 19th. Checks (made out to Griebling-Memorial PTA) or cash can be dropped off in the mailbox or mailed to : 275 Stuart Street, Howell. Please include your name, email address and phone number with your payment. You will be emailed upon receipt of payment. *
One large pizza is $12.00 and a bottle of iced tea or fruit punch is $3.00.

•Howell Lanes will be collecting payment for each game played, by each person, at the end of the game.
•It is each participant’s responsibility to pay for his/her games. Each game is $3.00 per person.
•Parents must remain with their child(ren) at this event. Dropping off is not permitted
